We have a handling time of 3 to 5 business days before our products are shipped. Our team strives to ship your orders within 24 hours or the next day. If your purchase is made on a Saturday after 11 AM, the order will likely be shipped on Monday.

Our products are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and take approximately 10 to 20 business days for delivery.
Return Policy
If you need to return a product, we understand. Here are the details:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from the purchase date.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We require the tracking number to process the return.
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Customized logo products cannot be returned.
- You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Processing time for refunds is up to 10 business days after we receive the product.
